Their is a typo on step V it should say "BOTTOM" not between.

Attached to the back of the 3 in 1 shopping cart cover is a large pocket which functions as a tote bag that can be used to hold things while shopping. Pull the cart cover out of the pocket to use. When finished, the whole shopping cart cover rolls up into the back pocket for storage. When rolled up, the tote bag can be used to carry other items (along with the cover), or be used as a pillow.
